This has all gone beyond serious it is now an obvious threat to our security.

They're grossly underfunded and undermanned.
They're restricted from doing their jobs effectively by politicians.
They even likely have a few bad apples that are hindering effective enforcement in some areas.
They are hardly riddled with corruption. That's a pretty disgusting insult to people who put their lives on the line to protect our borders, the vast majority of which a good people working within a broken system.
