I had a patient catch his beard on fire during my first few weeks as a Nurse. The man was smoking while wearing a bi nasal cannula. He was yelping and slapping his own face when I walked in. I was surprised that he only got first degree burns.
This center is going to be in trouble if they knew she was smoking.
