Well, I think that's what El Gran Salseron was trying to save me from because he said I would lose things. I keep forgetting to ask him if spyware can hide in my picture files or 'directions I save for everything' on notepad.
I wouldn't think so but who knows. I have a 512mb flash usb drive that I've put some stuff on just in case.

If you have a CD/DVD read/write drive to save to, is the only way to go.
So far, I've been lucky. El Gran is right, you can't save everything.
