I've kept seventy five pounds off for almost five years now doing just the same thing.
I also do a little planning to make sure I get all the needed nutrients every day, with the idea that this might reduce cravings. Seems to be working. The new USDA food pyramid site has been helpful with this.
I do the same thing. I also had to do some eliminations after noticing negative reactions after eating a few foods. Once I eliminated my problem foods the cravings are practically nonexistent.
