Are these F-18-G's all in the Navy/Marine inventory, or are they also to be used by the USAF?

The air force currently divides electronic warfare and "Wild Weasel" into different platforms. We use the EC-130 and the EA-6B for dazzling enemy radar. We use F-16C/D to actually destroy enemy SAM installations.
I believe that the EF-18G will replace the EA-6.
