I'm sure this loathsome memo grew out of the same swamp that Joe Wilson and the Senate Democratic Policy Committee were wallowing in..... would bet that Mellon and pals were deeply involved in the discussions with Joe Wilson and others in May 2003 and probably long before. These a-holes have gone way way beyond being any "loyal opposition".....

I always thought the "memo" had a Hillry flare about it, considering she cut her political teeth on that subcommittee trying to figure out how to impeach Nixon.
