Well .. I've read and studied Eze 38-39 since 1985.

I believe the next big event will be Isaiah 17:1 - The burden of Damascus. It has been taken away from being a city, it has become a ruinous heap. Only one thing could cause that much damage - a nuclear explosion. I believe it is this event which will trigger Eze 38-39.

I rarely read fiction, but this might be an interesting read.

First off, I am not peddling his book. Second, this is fiction but it has very close correlation with current events it sends a chill down your spine.

You give no information about what is in the book. What can be discussed about its contents? It's fiction. Is there interpretation of Scripture in it?

Look guys, the Bible forecasts an invasion of Israel by Russia in two places. Ezekiel 38--39 is one of them; the other is Revelation 20:8-9. The timing of the invasion described in Revelation is fixed around one thousand years from now.

So to believe an invasion of Israel by Russia is an imminent event in God's Plan, you have to believe the Bible forecasts two invasions. The Bible scholars who advocate this view, argue that the description of the invasions is different. I have looked carefully at the two scriptures and do not agree--you should all read God's Word and come to your own conclusion.
