The people who are retiring to foreign countries are obviously not gun owners, because the United States is the only place left in the world that does not border-to-border draconian restrictions on the ownership of firearms (blue states excepted).

Several Muslim countries allow gun onwership and in some carrying them aroung (including AKs).
