President Bush shakes the hand of Corporal Sean Locker (R) after presenting the Marine with the Purple Heart at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, today. Locker, from Jessup, Maryland, is recovering from injuries suffered while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
