Did you see the article, I think it was posted here on FR, about President Bush's interview with a potential supreme, and they were getting all "snarky" about President Bush asking him how much he exercised?

I'm pretty much a couch potato myself, but I always find time to walk a little every day. Mostly, it's down to the local pub for a cold one, though, totally defeating my purpose!

I saw the article and even wrote a VERY sarcastic e-mail to the author..............Jonathan Chait? is that right?.......

Anyway, the guy was a nutcase because he was trying to make the President out as being seriously disturbed because of how much he exercised.

He even said that there is no connection between physical fitness and mental health.......which is exactly opposite of the truth.

Of course it came from the LA Times, and they wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the forehead.

I LIKE that our President stays in shape. In fact he (and Laura) have inspired me to go to the fitness center and work out three times a week, and walk on the others.

Unfortunately, my brain has not yet told my body to start looking better because of all this work.......sigh.......
