The President's exercise program shames us ALL, tom! You have lots of company! :)
Hi Ohio, I saw some of the gay prade here today.
It starts two blocks from me. Around 150,000
lined the street and......one of the units bump
and grinding up the street as a flag drill bunch...
was led by its home flag, yup, state of Ohio :-)
I can't describe some of what I saw, beyond XX rated.
Besides the freakazoids are loads of middle age and
older professionals.
The Democrat pols and groups were there big time.
The repo running for mayor and several of his supporters
were in it and were heckled along with
one of the repo Bd Of Supervisors and the Repo DA who
is gay.
They had dozens of people with petitions for gay marriage.
It is sick especially when you see some of these with
young children.
I'm so late to the comment party, forgive me. But I couldn't agree more about being inspired by the President's physical fitness, to exercise more myself.
Now that I have a pool in my backyard, and no "times of entry" on it, no lifeguard restrictions (!), I have no excuse for not swimming more.
I'm even thinking about buying an exercycle, since I seem to have this affinity for living where there are too many hills to walk or ride my bike outside, so I guess I should buy one I can ride comfortably, and not have so many excuses for not being able to ride (high heat, hills, high humidity, hills, rain, hills - you get the picture).
So far, I'm still thinking about it but I think when it gets chilly enough that I can't get into my pool, it will "cycle" right to the top of my "to do" list! LOL!
