So a citizen exists as they need a passport to travel..

Maybe I'm clarifying unnecessarily, but I'm not saying citizens don't exist.

I'm saying State Citizens exist. "United State citizen" is NOWHERE to be found in the Federalist Papers, the Constitution, or anything else I've read.

"United State citizen", is in fact, an artificial 'person' specifically constructed to *trick* us into the jurisdiction of the federal government. __________________________________________________

as illegals by definition have no passport which has been approved for entry to USA they cannot claim rights as citizens..

Nowhere does it say you MUST be a 'citizen' of any kind. The only reason to become one is to have the right to vote or run for an elected position.

You can be a resident WITHOUT being a 'citizen'....

In fact, you cannot have 'inalienable' rights and extend them only to citizens. If we are 'all created equal and endowed by our Creator with inalienable rights, they must, by that very definition extend to everyone.

I assumed you were trying to show that Illegals have same rights/ more rights -than citizens.

Exactly! Because they are NOT "United State citizens", they have all the rights we are SUPPOSED to have, but don't!

Article XIV.
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
