Coincidentally enough, the site of the only permanent German armed forces base outside Germany itself! Du Leiber Gott! El Paso? Isn't that Texas? The Germans permanently assigned in the US are in New Mexico. Unless I am mistaken...

The German Luftwaffe is both in El Paso, TX and Holloman, NM. Furthermore Germanys Air Force has a training mission on Sardinia (Italy).
