VP Cheny has announced that he will not run for President in 2008, thereby saving the life of veteran White House correspondent, Helen Thomas. Dressed in her traditional ratty suit and 'bed head', she declared that she would commit suicide if VP Cheney ran for President. Showing compassion for this long-time denizen of the White House Press Room, Cheney has officially bowed out of the 2008 run.
