I never realized how much stuff went on in "Back Alleys." Most places I've been, back alleys are usually where they keep dumpsters, sometimes there are parking spaces. I never see any facilities that look like they could be used for abortion mills. I'm sure Boxer has studied the subject thoroughly, however.
Today, the 'Back Alleys' are full of smokers... making room for the 'Fatso's'.
