I sent my complaint via the "contact us" form at WMAL's website. Must be a lot of folks doing the same, as reponse time was very bad, and the first attempt failed. That's often a sign of too much traffic for too little server.
I used the contact form, also. I was eventually able to send my comment, but it took several minutes to get it transmitted.
