Documents from Mr. Roberts' days in the Justice Department and the White House counsel's office in the early 1980s raise questions about the U.S. Supreme Court nominee's commitment to the role of the federal courts in protecting attacking religious freedom, abortion infanticide rights and equality reverse discrimination. There. That's more accurate now.
