So what is Sen. Frist saying? That since she had irreversible brain damage it was alright to murder her? She was NOT on any machines. She could, and did, sustain life without any medical devices. All she needed was food and water. And they had a guard at the foot of her bed to make sure no one gave her that.

Judge George Greer DENIED a Motion for Terri to be tested with the latest advanced technology like PET Scans and other testing. to determine her status while she was ALIVE. Terri was aware and experienced joy and love AND FEAR.

Greer was going to kill her and testing wouldn't have enabled him to carry out the first death sentence of a disabled American.
