Sounds like the best argument yet for running Cheney! I wasn't for it before, but now I'm his most ardent supporter.
As threats go, it just seems, well, goofy. If someone supports something you do not like, threatening to do your own interests in won't make any difference.
OTOH...saying you are going to be in their face night and day and make their lives miserable might be more frightening. Of course, they've tried that and it didn't work either.
I'll chalk it up to desperation.
