Wake up. The Constitution states that it is the supreme law of the land.
By signing on to CAFTA, we have made CAFTA regulations superior to the regulations Congress comes up with. Hence CAFTA has been made superior to the Constitution. This is already going on with NAFTA. And the WTO.
The Constitution also says that Congress shall regulate trade, no one else. Not even a CAFTA tribunal.
Have even thought who will be implementing CAFTA regulations? Not anyboday you will be able to control.

Does the constitution not give the executive branch the right to make treaties? You might want to read it, Justice Calegero.
