Yes, how dare those protectionists insist that America remain independent and free from an growing world government. The Declaration of Independence and US Constitution goodbye, hello international bureaucracy!

(There's no such thing as "free trade." Nothing in life is free.)

Free trade only works if ITS FAIR TRADE. The current US trade deficit with China comes to mind. Any trade agreement that costs thousands of middle class US jobs (NAFTA, GATT) can't be good for the well being and strength of this country. Clinton claimed the NAFTA GATT agreements created US jobs. In all accounts he's right but from what I've read many who lost good paying jobs now have to work two or three lower paying jobs to maintain their standard of living. Is that really job creation? The same will undoubtedly hold true for CAFCA.

GATT, NAFTA, and now CAFTA are bad for the United States. CAFTA just made it even easier for companies to leave the country. We are becoming a nation of "the served" instead of a country of those "who serve."
This bill is bad for america and the GOP who sold out their country ought to be recalled and this bill taken to the courts to overthrow.
