BUMP!
I want my own reperations.
My great great uncles went to war, the Civil war. They faught in the Union army and died. This caused the remainder of my great great great aunts and great great great grandmother to work the farm without assistance. They sold the land peicemeal to survive and ended up with nothing left. This slow disruption caused them to loose the family holdings, (never farmed by slaves) in the town that still bares their name. Emmett, Michigan. Which is also the name I bare, unfortunately without inheritance.
No one ever talks about those reparations.
