If you think about it, with the EPA around, human space travel is no longer safe for the US. I guess we'll have to give over the exploration of space to a country that does not have to answer to the EPA.

I don't like to remind everyone of this, but isn't the enviroweenies the reason that the WTC collapsed as soon as it did? There was talk right after sept.11, that they had originally had prescribed an asbestos-sheath for the steel columns, BUT because of the EPA, it was either subbed with an inferior material, or deleted altogether.Anyone else hear of this? If so then, the EPA has killed thousands, that could had escaped the towers, and in the case of the shuttles, killed 7 and endangered 7 more(this problem did NOT used to happen, IIRC, with the "old" foam,. that no doubt had CFC's in it.)
