"What do they produce except the Little League World Series"
They used to produce coal, steel, textiles and machine components along with livestock and produce. Now most of those industries have withered and died or left the state for foreign soil. PA is hurting bad. I lived there for 4 years and saw nothing of growth and jobs, just economic stagnation and drudgery. PA sucks..end of story.

It's such a shame. My folks' closest friends were from Upper Darby. They used to speak of PA with a genuine affection and fondness for their home state.
I'm sorry PA has come to this.
