The lawyer for Josh was saying the opposite last night, that Jennifer was on another part of the ship with the casino manager (alibi). George and his "friends" Josh, and three of the NY guys, went to look for her. They had gone back to the cabin (loud noises heard from witness)and then left George there by himself. The lawyer then speculated that George must have been distraught and jumped overboard. When Joe asked Lisa Bloom her thoughts on the case she was very doubtful. They still had the lawyer up on the screen and his eyes were very telling (IMO). While she was cutting holes in his story (first of which why does your client NEED a lawyer?) his eyes were shifting side to side-left, right, left,right . I don't think he knew he was on camera that moment! Wish you could have seen it! Hopefully the transcript will be posted later today.
