It just might break with the FBI involved. They are "aggressively" investigating....


"Certainly the circumstances here are very unusual and somewhat suspicious," O'Connor said. "We think the circumstances are unique enough and suspicious enough that a thorough investigation is warranted." O'Connor said there has been strong international cooperation in Smith's case. He said investigators are continuing to interview passengers and staff on the ship.

"The FBI is investigating it aggressively," O'Connor said. "Anybody who might have knowledge of Mr. Smith's disappearance is certainly going to be looked at by law enforcement."
