Well there are lots of kids and adults who have the same cognitive ability due to cerebral palsy and downs symdrome. Guess they died when they were born, shall we take their feeding tubes away??

A brainless comment masquerading as some sort of banal form of compassion. A person with all their faculties accept for higher brain function is not dead. Terri Schiavo was mentally impaired and apparently unable to swallow food. Those apparently were her crimes.
