Is there a link? So, Durbin is now admitting what he denied yesterday? He didn't say it before he said it.

Lying bastard.

Woo-Hoo now we're taking about my area...San Diego and Mt. Soledad! Passed in a landslide 75% to 24%! Combine that with the Senate vote yesterday and the Boy Scouts and I feel tides a turnin' for the ACLU!

Here is his explaination.

But the Illinois Democrat maintains that the column by George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley incorrectly captured the private conversation that the senator had with Judge Roberts in his Capitol office Friday.

When the column appeared Monday, Mr. Durbin's office clarified that "Judge Roberts said repeatedly that he would follow the rule of law."

Can't wait for Turley next op-ed piece in the LA Times.

Count me in with that group. And in CA no less! I know a few more as well. One would sit in her classroom at lunch and listen to Rush! Gotta love it!

I wonder how Turley a constitutional law professor could have misunderstood Durban saying Roberts saying he would have to recluse himself on issues that went against his moral teachings???

Congratulations! Dick Durbin has created his own secular humanist theocracy in which Catholics are seen as blasphemers against judicial activism by liberals.

Turley is probably telling the truth.

Durbin is consulting the hysterical liberal ouji board to figure out what he should have said.

Hey Tony any chance of getting Turley on the show? I am sure curious about what he was told by Durban.

hysterical liberal ouiji board

And I thought regular ouija boards were pretty scary. The hysterical liberal ouija board scares the holy hell out of me.
