I agree Roberts is going to be confirmed easily. Durban is going to have to tread very softly after that op-ed piece by Turley

re woman caller on poor quality of name brand clothing:

Well now I know why my clothes don't fit me anymore. They shrink from poor quality. And here I thought I'd just gained weight! I'm having ice cream for luch today! LOL

Actually, that dipstick Johnson got my email address from my FR home page, although my Hotmail account was opened for the express purpose of fielding any personal emails that the senders might not want to send via Freepmail, and unless I truly know the sender, they do not get my actual email address. And when I respond to any emails I receive at that Hotmail account, my mail goes through a proxy server that gives NO hint of my actual location.

I don't claim to be a jet-setting, international "expert" on intelligence matters like Mr. Larry "Declining Terrorist Threat" Johnson, but I know enough to protect my privacy and security online and not to reveal my actual ISP email.

Having said that, I'd like to put in a plug for Cotse.Com (www.cotse.com), they are a highly professional, very accomplished security/privacy service, check them out if online privacy issues are something you think about!

You have a fabulous way of looking at things. LOL!! I think they may also have engineered a way to make the clothes in my closet shrink thus forcing me to buy more of their shoddily produced clothing.

international "expert" on intelligence matters like Mr. Larry "Declining Terrorist Threat" Johnson,

Boy don't we all feel safe knowing people like this might still be in our CIA. Not even smart enough not to make internet "terrorist" threats. I think under the Patriot Act, this could be classified that way!

What's up with Coburn??? BILL Donohue is going after him because of that religious litmus test.

Donohue referred specifically to Sen. Tom Coburn's complaint last week that Roberts was reticent when asked to explain how his Catholic religion affects his views. The senator said he intends to ask Roberts about this again at their next meeting.

Not "might be"....are. This whole episode is shaping up to be an attempted coup on the President. And there are more than just a few, I'd wager.

Meanwhile, NY Slimes Reporter, WMD expert, and recipient of one of the anthrax letters Judith Miller, does minimum security time while her husband Jason Epstein goes on a cruise.

Wedded bliss in that household, yessiree..

I listened to the rebroadcast of yesterday's show last night and heard Tony give a "Teaser" that in the next few months something will come out against the Clinton administration. Anyone else catch that?

Judith's hubby is such a slime! I guess he is just so upset about his wife that he needed to get away from it all. Poor guy! /s

I got to agree with Tony on this one. Look at what they do to our judicial nominees. We honor that Ginsburg Standard, and allow blatant litmus tests for our judicial candidate.

Thanks for the info, the launch of Discovery sort of interrupted the show yesterday and I didn't hear that. I wonder if Tony was referring to the Peter Paul story.

There is enough in the Clinton backgrounds to fill a REAL library. I sure wish they'd get what's coming to them.

Remember yesterday when I couldn't decide who to believe in that Turley/Durban incident?

Check this out.

Senate Minority Whip Richard J. Durbin acknowledged yesterday that he was the source for a newspaper column that reported earlier this week that Judge John G. Roberts Jr. said he could not rule in a Supreme Court case where U.S. law might conflict with Catholic teaching.

Now I want to know if he was lying about Roberts reply.

BTW did Durban break any rules of the senate with this line of questioning. I thought those type of questions were out of bounds.

Dick Durban is an embarrassment to the people of Illinois and to the senate.
