So the title seems intriguing, but the article that follows doesn't tell me anything new. (Not a poke at you, merely an observation.)
Same here. The title told me that an unexpected situation arose, yet nothing new has actually occured.
Misleading Title Alert!
I agree. That's why I added the Reuters story.
Skynews had their "usual" big breaking news alert, whole screen turn red kinda thingie, and then just basically announced what is in the headline. Could mean a number of things.
