He didn't have a sex change, he (or she) was born with both male and female parts.
He didn't. He just dressed the part. By the way, his mother had him buried under his chosen female name.
This kid didn't deserve to die but he was taking a tremendous risk by deceiving these guys into having casual sex with him while he pretended to be a girl. He was "outed" by a girl at the party, beaten up by the guys and his body left in the Sierra foothills, I believe.
Cross-dressers have the right, I guess, to do what they do but they don't have the right to deceive others, in spite of the fact that those kids were plain stupid in having casual sex that way. It was a tragedy all around and yet his mother is using him as a symbol of transgender tolerance at the local schools around here. Sickening.
You have liberal hippy parents who are all about doing what feels good, and they give you permission to pierce your foreskin, have sex changes, abortions... whatever make you 'feel good'. That's how.
