Chapita passed last night at 11 PM. Prayers up for his family, friends and loved ones.
God bless and rest his immoprtal soul, he's now in that realm where he can do the good Lord's bidding without pain or earthly cares.
I was blessed to hear from Jim via email, almost without fail, two to three times each and every week for the past several years - news items, pictures, jokes, or just a quick hello. He was a decent and courageous man who contributed to the "good fight" in his own unique fashion. I will miss him, as will many others, and he will always be fondly remembered.
God Bless his family and friends in this time of sorrow.
