She is an utter idiot. She refers to Canada's 100 years of peacekeeping. As a former teacher, she must have forgotten about Canada's involvement in WW1, WW2, Korea, Gulf War 1 (some would say 2...).

She was removed from her caucus because of her anti-Martin rants, not because of her anti-American/anti-Bush rants. The Globe and Mail is again excercising creative license and a wee bit of historic revisionism.
