Where is Rice? As far as Rudy is concerned, he hasn't got any more chance than Kerry.
Not that Kerry didn't come within one state of beating an incumbent President, but Rudy wouldn't even win his own state, and that's the way to lose big time.
Any ticket with Rice on it will counter the beast.
What's her position on the issues. We know where she stands on foreign policy but Americans vote on domestic issues. Being a black female won't get her the nomination her positions on the issues will determine her electability.
