Doesn't sound like a pervert or anything. Just a bit un-balanced. I think this is a case where the plea of "insanity" might actually be appropriate. Hope someone has dressed him and given him some cooked food.

Who knows what the story behind his "homeless" condition is. So many of these people wandering around, I wish we could do something, at least for the ones who really do want help. I know some just don't care about living on the street, but for the ones who do, I wish we could get them the assistance we freely give to illegal aliens.

It's not unheard of for persons having a severe episode of mental illness, to shed their clothes and do unusual things.

I suspect he lost his medicine a few days before he lost his clothes.

This is what we got from the wonderful ACLU.

You can't keep any nut in the hospital unless they are a danger to themselves or others, and then only a short time.

When they are institutionalized, they are put on meds to control psychotic mentation and to even out Bi Polar mood swings which include bizarre thought processes, dementia, paranoia, and visual/auditory hallucinations.

Once they are controlled, they are released. The patient typically stops taking medication, and the whole thing starts again.

I would say that a good half of all bums are released mental patients.
Most of the rest are drug addicts / alcoholics.

Great job, flooding America with mental patients.

Thank your local ACLU. As for being a bit unbalanced, you will not be saying that as his condition gets progressively worse, and he starts assaulting people.
