Since MM supplied the email headers, etc., it would be a pretty elaborate hoax, since it was Johnson's email.

If it was him, I suspect he is lurking. I wonder why he doesn't register and post. Since he is so courageous.

I am specially sensitive to this since I was banned from one of my favorite sites 7 months ago through a spoofed series of email.
Everyone swore that it was my IP, etc, even thought that was impossible.

So I don't need convincing: it is possible.
