That f'in goofball spent a total of 4 years in the CIA (about the same period of time that one would spend in college), parlayed that experience into his State Department gig, and he's been trumpeting that whole "expert" horseshirt ever since.

This is the same guy who claimed in the Summer of 2001 that America didn't have to take terrorism so seriously, that it was a "declining threat".

The best thing the CIA had happen regarding Johnson was to watch his pompous ass walk out the 'exit' door.
