I agree -- a bit tacky. In hindsight, I wish I had left that out. But -- as I suspected, that individual has absolutely no idea about which he or she is writing. And frankly, this forum is a lot more fun when the posts are substantive, and the parties are exchanging ideas having some base level knowledge of the subject matter.

That is not to say that one must be a lawyer -- but one must be able and willing to do second and third levels of analysis on an issue. Absent that -- we have just inane opinions -- which while free, are of little value.

Of course, if these searches are unconstitional, I wonder how we got saddled with seatbelt laws, speed limits, any form of gun registration, etc.
