Start committing random acts of violence in the states that support the bombers to counter random acts of violence that they commit in our countries. Not civilian targets. Ports, infrastructure, that sort of thing. Let them know back channel that we are doing it but won't take credit, like them. Collapse their economies like they are trying to do here.
