Thank you very much for that article on "Johnson's legacy." It seems that our country is going the way of ancient Rome in many ways. We redirect jobs, resources, and educational grants to non-citizens or illegal aliens; or else we export the job to a sweatshop overseas. Then someone like Tancredo, in the name of twisted liberal lunacy, gets labeled a hatemonger. I had to fight like hell for my GA position in large part because of the competition from non-tax paying, non-citizen overseas applicants. Is that fair in a state university that our tax dollars help sustain.
The point is that the Islamaniacs do not hesitate to destroy their most "sacred" sites and thus, Tancredo's threat is not a threat to the fanatics. They would welcome it as a means to whip up hatred for America and to turn those who are working with us against us.
Support for Osama is not dwindling but such an act as Tancredo proposes would cause it to skyrocket to levels unseen as of yet.
We are receiving help from many Moslems across the globe even if public condemnations are not as numerous or as strident as we might like. Our job in Iraq and Afganistan would be almost impossible without this help and to have loud mouthed, thoughtless remarks like Tancredo's jeopardize that job and that help is shameful.
If you don't pay attention your questions are not of interest. You will find nothing I have written which would support your hypothetical. And plenty of answers in what I have actually said.
Dan Quayle may beg to differ with you
