A caller to LKL's show last night got me started on this. The caller was talking about the female witness and her daughter who live in the new housing construction area, the ones who reported seeing the same car driving past 3 times, and the caller was implying that the occupants were scouting out a location where cement was to be poured soon.
Now THAT would explain the 'witness' not seeing Natalee in the car when he went by.
