I just read in the last two weeks the Alexander book on the Truth about Mutiny on the Bounty and got interested in Pitcairn. Odd you should mention it! It is fascinating. Sort of a perversion of Polynesian mores by Brits. It is an interesting sociological story and hard to get info. I read all the news articles on the sex abuse stories but there is nothing in great depth written, yet.

There is a story on Aruba that is the context for all of this case and I have said this from thread one. I wish someone would get interested after this is over and write it. It is way more interesting and gripping than the Nat case, as gripping as that is. We are seeing the tip of the iceberg here.
