EVERYBODY..no one has mentioned what T.J. Ward, the Private Investigator said on Larry King tonight.

He said that the the Arubans can hold Joran because they have a LAW that says "if you leave an establishment and the party you are with "disappears", then you are subject to KIDNAPPING.

Ward is just surprised that Joran hasn't been formally charged yet.

If Ward is correct, Joran is toast.

Maybe. If so, then so is Deepak and Satish. OR Since Deepak was driving, wouldn't he be the one responsible for the 'party(ies)? He is the one driving when leaving the establishment.

Will be interesting to see how this one shakes out.

but there seems to be various stories on who she exactly left with.....in which case, the Poe brothers AND Jurine are in big trouble......
