To: spectre

It is called a tri-mode handset. And you have to ask your carrier, T-Mobil,Verizon or whoever, to activate a specific country that you are going to. I asked them to activate Mexico for me. I make calls back to the U.S. on my cell phone and it is 69 cents a minute. Much cheaper than any other option down there. I'm sure Aruba is also an option that is easily acquired.

I thought that Nat's Mother stated that Natalee didn't take her cell phone because of the international rates or her phone wouldn't work from there..

So IF Natalee had the use of a phone, unless it was direct dial, she would have had to access the line with a phone card?

You can tell, I am cynical about the alleged phone call.
