re: Death penalty and jury trial ... no jury trial. single judge. appeals panel is three judges from curacao. then to Holland to Supreme Court. Procedural appeals only... like in US.
TJ does not know if DL has been found.
TJ: Her bag was packed and ready to go.
Jug: She only had her DL
Beth: yes. EVERYTHING ELSE was packed and ready to go. She only had her DL. She was going out. But it was okay for her to be there. She was legal age. Joran was not of Legal age.
Larry: Did she party often... was this unusual?
Jug: (kind of angry) Let me answer that. No she did not go out and party at home. But Aruba is different. The problem is that you go to a place lke C&C's get served but as little girls arent prepared.

Let's hope they did put a screen on the inlet so that it will catch anything before it is sucked through the drain pipe and lost.
