Hugh Hewitt totally disgraced himself with his absurd over-the-top attack on Tancredo.

Agreed. It was an embarrassing, silly, and insubstantial attempt to smear Tancredo. Hewitt twisted the context in which Tancredo framed his responses and made it appear that Tancredo was a nuke-happy pinhead cowboy ready to obliterate Mecca for any reason or no reason at all.

I won't bother to read Hewitt anymore if this is representative of the kind of thirteenth-rate politically correct thought he intends to give such issues.

As a domestic political hack, Hewitt is in his element and approaches competence.

Put him in the wider context of world politics, and yes, he's an ignorant embarrasment.
"Love me" PC all the way, and where islam is concerned, dumb-as-a-brick.

He's from the school of thought that if he has a cockroach infestation, he ignores it because "there's too many of them". What a doofus.

Reason with cockroaches and reach an "accomodation". That's the ticket!
