How did you do the HTML table formatting? Was it just manually typed in, or did you use some HTML editor tool, or did you find that table someplace else? It looks nice, and is functional and simple.
You're welcome. As for the HTML, I used Dreamweaver. I have an old Win98 machine with older versions of software, but it's still functional, which is all that counts.
