Interesting place for this to have happened.
Not only is it Heavily GOP, it is one of the more reliably conservative areas in the entirity of Ohio.....
It's also a suburb with spoiled rich kids used to getting their way, with their parents covering things up for them.
5:30 a.m. is a bit late/early for adolescent pranks, though.
