To: Fruit of the Spirit

I've not heard or seen anything of such a suit. Where is it reported? The ACLU, while a legitimate object for intense debate, generally doesn't engage in litigation it knows will be a loser. Moreover, what does the wife of a judge have to do with the subject? If that were ever a criterion then justice(nominee) Judge Robert's wife, as a vigorous anti-abortion participant, would become relevant to his confirmation; which, of course, it should not.

This is happening in California...and it's not the ACLU that's going after the American Legion...it's the other way round...with the Legion going after the ACLU!

The judge in question doesn't recuse himself when a suit is brought by the ACLU (and his wife) before him.
