Well I once had a girl hop into my car when I was stopped at a light and offer a BJ for $20. Aside from making a mental note never to leave the passenger side door unlocked again, I ended up giving her $30 to go away (no BJ). I've always wondered where the feminists were on this issue. With regard to abortion, they shriek "keep men's laws off of our bodies!"
So they should have the right to rent out their bodies if they like.

As a cop he was probably used to coercing whores into providing free services. Not in touch with current market conditions.
At some point the price becomes so low that it's hard to call it prostitution. What if he had offered her a bus token? He could just say it was a free BJ and bus far home.

I am friends with the under cover officer involved, and I assure you, Scrima was simply a cheapskate. Posing as an undercover crack addict prostitute is not as easy as it may sound....
